The plug for the water ballast is stuck in up position. I've reached
in and tried to operate the lever by hand, but it will not move. Any
suggestions for getting it operational?

Thanks - Tom

Penetrating oil, inside and out + heat gun applied
to valve. Work it gently until it starts to move.

were the wing to fuselage linkages in the right position when the wings
were
put on the fuselage - if the dump valve was closed in the wing and the
dump
lever in the fuselage was open - you must take the wings off and put
everything
"closed" and reassemble.

There are no valves in the wings. They both feed to a drain plug in the
fuselage belly.
